Is my information secure?
Your anonymity is important to us. The geographic location of the third party is sent through a secure protocol TLS (Secure Sockets Layer) and is not visible to others. Your personal information and identity is not shared with anyone.

Does Lostphone.net work if the third party's phone is turned off?
The third party's phone must be turned on for the tracking to work. However, as soon as it is turned on, messages for geolocation will be received.

What types of phones can be tracked?
Lostphone.net works on all phones with access to an Internet connection. The service quickly tracks any Android or iOS phone.

How long does it take to geolocate a phone?
The phone to be tracked (of a third party) receives a sms in maximum 5 minutes, then you will receive a notification immediately after a third party has given its consent to be located, at that moment your geolocation is performed.

How much does the geolocation of a cell phone cost?
You will pay 39.9 euros per month for a service of up to 30 geolocations. The subscription will be renewed automatically, but is not binding and can be cancelled at any time.

Will the recipient know that I am the one requesting the geolocation?
No, the recipient will only receive a message indicating that "someone" is trying to reach you.

Can I get a refund?
You can terminate your subscription at any time. Charges will stop immediately, and your subscription will not be renewed. Any subscription period already started is non-refundable, as detailed in our terms and conditions. Click here to end your subscription. The Lostphone.net service consists of sending a location SMS and in no event will Lostphone.net be liable if the recipient does not accept the location SMS.
