Our service provides you with the exact location with an accuracy between 1 and 6 metres.

Is my information secure?
Your anonymity is important to us. The geographic location of the third party is sent via a secure TLS (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol and is not visible to others. Your personal information and identity is not shared with anyone.

Does Lostphone.net work if the third party's phone is switched off?
The third party's phone must be switched on for tracking to work. However, as soon as it is switched on, the messages for geolocation will be received.

How much does the geolocation of a mobile phone cost?
You will pay 29.90 euros per month for a service of up to 30 geolocations. The subscription will be renewed automatically, but is not binding and can be cancelled at any time.

What types of phones can be tracked?
Lostphone.net works on all phones with access to an internet connection. The service quickly tracks any Android or iOS phone.

How long does it take to geolocate a phone?
The phone to be tracked (of a third party) receives an sms in maximum 5 minutes, then you will receive a notification immediately after a third party has given their consent to be located, at which point your geolocation is performed.

Will the recipient know that I am the one requesting the geolocation?
No, the recipient will only receive a message indicating that "someone" is trying to locate you.

Can I get a refund?
You can terminate your subscription at any time. Charges will stop immediately, and your subscription will not be renewed. Any subscription period already started is non-refundable, as detailed in our terms and conditions. Click here to end your subscription. The Lostphone.net service consists of sending a location SMS and in no event will Lostphone.net be liable if the recipient does not accept the location SMS.
